• Experience with procurement software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Accept and document packages and deliveries; unload and unpack shipments.
• Match shipments to purchase orders and enter receiving data in paperwork.
• Record receiving data in Coupa and organize stock for inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock levels; report discrepancies.
