Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments. You will coordinate shipping, maintain inventory, and source cost-effective products while ensuring timely deliveries to patients and clinicians.

The role requires strong communication, basic PC skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Previous warehouse or delivery experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience communicating both verbally on phone, one-on-one and in writing emails, letters, reports, to various audiences work group, team, company management, external vendors.
• Basic level PC skills (start up/shut down computer, mouse, switch between programs, save/print files, access information online).
• Basic email skills and internet use.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs and establish relationship with client.
• Generates patient orders on system and coordinates and executes shipping schedule.
• Communicates with Nurse and Pharmacist to ensure availability of patient supplies and confirms deliveries.
• Purchases all supplies for inventory and sources cost effective products.
• Maintains accurate inventory and minimizes discrepancies.
• Participates in physical inventory and monitors equipment tracking.
