Job summary

PromptCare seeks a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, manage medication inventory, and oversee warehouse operations, fleet, and facilities. You will support formulary implementation and vendor contracts while ensuring accurate CPR+ data and cost-effective purchasing across locations.

The role requires strong data analytics, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with pharmacy and nursing teams. Travel up to 10% may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in business, finance, accounting, MIS or Supply Chain preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and inventory.
• Support formulary implementation and vendor agreements.
• Maintain CPR+ data and pricing accuracy.
• Oversee warehouse operations, fleet coordination, and facilities.
• Generate reports on drug trends, rebates, and formulary changes.
