Responsibilities

• Prepare necessary paperwork (packing slips, bill of lading) for shipping products.
• Prepare labels for products and packages (UPS, FedEx).
• Communicate with trucking companies on pickup schedules and load sizes.
• Coordinate with Production Control and Customer Service on order status and ship dates.
• Act as a backup in other departments as needed.
• Compile data for quality assurance and year-end reports.
