Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Ensure proper labeling, postal charges, and safe packaging of all shipments.
• Print daily sales receipts and cross-check with computer software for accuracy.
• Notify management of product shortages to keep website information accurate.
• Prepare inventory for shipment; band and shrink wrap pallets and attach shipping labels.
• Assemble and fill boxes and cartons with items to be shipped.
• Prepare detailed invoices to accompany shipments and ensure correct packaging and shipping.
• Track inventory and report shortages to the sales team.
• Collaborate with other shipping clerks to ensure invoices are handled promptly.
