Job summary

Hunting is seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler to support the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor. You will oversee incoming/outgoing traffic, inventory control, and ERP data entry, ensuring accuracy and timely workflow.

Responsibilities include unloading and loading trucks, inspecting shipments, tagging materials, organizing shipping areas, operating a forklift, and generating department reports. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of shipping/receiving experience are preferred;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• 1–3 years shipping/receiving experience.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and 5-S.
• Experience with ERP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate incoming traffic and line-out trucks for offloading and loading.
• Unload trucks and assist suppliers with unloading.
• Inspect and tag incoming production material and related documentation.
• Input received items into ERP and perform traceability scans.
• Prepare and package product for shipment.
• Route items to departments and maintain inventory of shipping materials.
• Operate forklift or hand truck as needed.
• Complete shipping/receiving and material transactions in ERP.
• Organize shipping/receiving areas and generate reports.
