Job summary

Baier & Michels USA, Inc in Greenville, SC is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role ensures accurate inbound/outbound movements, inventory integrity, and timely support for customers.

You will coordinate shipments, perform ERP-based receiving and data entry, maintain proper bin locations, and assist with cycle counts and safety compliance. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in shipping or warehousing are required; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 1–3 years in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or logistics operations.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Receive inbound materials, inspect for damage, verify quantities, and escalate discrepancies.
• Prepare shipping paperwork including bills of lading and packing lists.
• Perform ERP system receiving, inventory movements, material transfers, and data entry.
• Monitor purchase orders and inventory transactions for accuracy and completion.
• Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material handling and bin location control.
• Operate forklifts safely and maintain a clean warehouse environment.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory control, productivity, and service levels.
