Job summary

Direct Traffic Solutions is a veteran-owned, fastest-growing fully integrated 3PL in North America. The Inside Sales Rep will be the first voice a prospect hears and the reason they become a long-term client.

You will own outbound prospecting, engage decision-makers, and qualify opportunities to build a strong pipeline. You should have 2+ years in B2B sales with 1+ year in logistics and CRM experience; Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales.
• 1+ year in logistics is preferred.
• CRM experience required; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, target, and open new client opportunities through disciplined outbound prospecting.
• Craft compelling outreach via phone and email to engage decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects by uncovering real needs, shipping volumes, and budgets.
• Keep the CRM current and your pipeline clean.
