• Freight/logistics experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities using multiple channels.
• Own your pipeline from prospecting to closing and grow weekly revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers from first call to post-sale.
• Proactively solve freight problems and ensure top-tier service.
• Maintain clean data in Salesforce and McLeod CRM/TMS.
• Turn loads into repeat business and referrals.
