AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in transportation and logistics services. You will identify opportunities, engage prospects across multiple channels, and build lasting client relationships to expand our freight solutions.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, generating quotes with competitive pricing, and managing a healthy pipeline to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, transportation, or a related field.
• Sales driven with strong negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills using multiple channels.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and build a strong pipeline.
• Goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed personal goals.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: engage prospects daily to solicit and secure opportunities across channels.
• Quote Generation: negotiate pricing and send quotes promptly; track in ERP.
• Opportunity/Funnel Management: maintain organized pipeline and communicate opportunities.
• Metric Management: review personal metrics and plan actions to exceed goals.
