Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of industrial engineering or automation experience.
2+ years of project management in Logistics.
Proficient in AutoCAD and layout changes.

Responsibilities

Create the vision for innovations in the supply chain at DHL.
Attend demonstrations and trade show events to identify opportunities.
Draft business cases with ROI and solution fit analysis.
Create an innovation roadmap with milestones from pilots to full implementations.
Plan and coordinate demonstrations and pilots and document progress.
