Job summary

Pasona Inc. is seeking a full-time Import/Export Coordinator in Novi, MI to manage ocean/air and domestic freight operations. You will handle orders, maintain ERP records, and support inventory flow with precise data entry and cross-functional collaboration.

Required experience includes import/export operations, ERP familiarity, and strong Excel/Outlook skills; JP/EN bilingual capability is preferred. Hybrid work options available with standard schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in import/export operations and inventory management.
• Understanding of international trade processes and Incoterms.
• Experience processing purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Japanese-English bilingual proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export operations involving ocean, air, and domestic freight.
• Monitor inventory and support the flow of goods.
• Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.
• Enter and maintain accurate records in the company's ERP system.
