Palm Bay International is seeking a motivated self-starter to coordinate domestic and Direct Import Orders from our national distribution network. You will handle data entry, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain clear communication with suppliers and customers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and excellent customer service in a dynamic, team-driven environment at the West Palm Beach facility with some remote work on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding or import/export industry.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of customer orders with high accuracy within 24-hour turnaround.
• Distribute accurate and compliant U.S. Customs documentation to distributors and brokers.
• Monitor status of orders and communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customers and internal sales teams.
• Update internal systems with shipping and delivery dates.
• Prepare orders for billing and execute direct import billing.
• Deliver world-class customer service via email and phone.
