Kroger is seeking an HR leader to implement the strategic HR plan for a busy Supply Chain site. You will oversee recruitment, training, succession planning, performance management, and compensation programs while ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company values across the site.

You will partner with leadership to develop budgets, drive an inclusive culture, and coach managers on delivering effective feedback and engagement strategies—travel to Kroger locations as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 3+ years HR generalist or related HR experience.
• Excellent leadership, written and oral communication, and planning/organizational skills.
• Ability to protect highly confidential information and build trust.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

• Lead and monitor recruitment, workforce planning, training, succession planning and performance management at a Kroger Supply Chain site.
• Guide campus HR team to align business, people and safety practices.
• Support development/maintenance of an inclusive culture.
• Partner with leadership on business and budget planning.
• Maintain hourly compensation schedules based on local market conditions.
• Coach HR and leadership on compensation programs; advise on HR and legal issues.
• Serve as conduit for team member feedback to management.
• Disseminate corporate messages within the site.
