Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees.
• Experience handling logistics.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with grace in dynamic environments.
• Appreciation for differences of opinion.
• Skilled at managing employee and customer experience, even when messy.
• Ability to examine processes and develop creative solutions.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to take on multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer experience, employee experience, community outreach, and mentoring and training.
• Mentor and develop team members and assume additional responsibilities as needed.
• Interface with leadership to align on goals and drive results.
