Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Logistics Front Desk in Philadelphia, PA. You will greet visitors, manage access control, and serve as the first point of contact to deter security issues while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 year in security, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. You will participate in emergency responses and maintain detailed front-desk logs and reports.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of security-related experience.
• 18+ years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk per site policies.
• Monitor access to the location and verify credentials.
• Respond calmly to incidents following established protocols.
• Maintain logs and daily activity reports of the front desk.
• Assist with emergency response activities coordinating with management and authorities.
• Communicate professionally with staff and visitors to direct them appropriately.
