Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Front Desk Access Control in Philadelphia, PA. You will greet tenants and visitors, monitor access, and uphold a welcoming, secure environment at a commercial real estate location.

Responsibilities include badge checks, incident response, coordination with management, and documentation. Minimum 1 year of security experience, HS diploma or equivalent, and required background checks and possibly licensure apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year of security-related experience required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and tenants at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
• Monitor access by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and in line with site policies.
• Communicate security matters with property management and Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist with implementing security procedures and deter unauthorized access.
• Support emergency response activities and follow established protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and up-to-date security documentation.
