Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a retail location by carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate visitor logs and related documentation.
• Monitor entry points, access-control systems, cameras, and alarms, and report unusual activity or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with appropriate onsite personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Support a welcoming retail environment while helping to deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and disruptive behavior.
