Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer for Visitor Management in Yardley, PA. This full-time front desk role supports patients, staff and guests with access control and a welcoming environment.

You will greet visitors, verify identifications, issue credentials, and respond to incidents following site procedures. Minimum requirements include two years in security, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• Background checks and pre-employment screenings will be conducted.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; licensing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at a healthcare front desk by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies.
• Greet patients, visitors, staff, and vendors; verify identification and appointments as required; and provide directions to appropriate departments or waiting areas.
• Monitor visitor access, issue visitor credentials in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established response procedures.
• Observe front desk and entry activity, report suspicious or unusual activity, and help to deter unauthorized access through a professional presence.
