Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight loads for outbound and inbound shipments.
• Book and oversee the full freight process for shipments.
• Use multiple freight methods to arrange shipments.
• Create purchase orders for each shipment.
• Verify PO numbers on freight invoices.
• Provide daily confirmation of incoming and outgoing shipments to customers and vendors.
• Communicate freight load numbers and pro numbers after booking.
• Select the best freight method to reduce freight costs.
• Coordinate with Rental Desk to confirm scheduled shipments and deliveries.
• Provide proactive status updates to relevant parties.
• Monitor Returns Report daily and take timely action per procedures.
• Monitor email and Echo reports to address freight requests and updates promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned
