Job summary

Green Worldwide Shipping, LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the daily movement of domestic truckload, partial, and LTL shipments in a fast-paced freight brokerage. You will be the primary contact between carriers, drivers, customers, shippers, receivers, and internal teams.

You will ensure shipments are transported safely, legally, on time, and within budget while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Knowledge of domestic trucking operations and documentation.
• Excellent communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic truck shipments (FTL, partial, LTL).
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers, drivers, shippers, receivers, and customers.
• Monitor shipments in transit using TMS and updates.
• Provide timely shipment status updates to customers and teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, dispatchers, drivers, customers, and warehouses.
