Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, or related field, and/or equivalent military experience
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations when applicable
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and safe carriers
• Fill in for absent personnel and assist in special projects related to fleet operations
• Learn payroll, Net-Revenue budgeting, driver coaching, and incident reviews
• Learn to plan, route, monitor and deliver freight meeting customer requirements
• Assist with inventory, assets, and yard management to balance equipment
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance and safety issues
• Support issue resolution with drivers, customers, and staff in daily operations
• Develop reporting and financial analysis for client-facing metrics
