Qualifications

• One year of progressive work experience performing duties related to support services such as maintaining facility operations, printing, inventory, mail services, and transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. independently and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility with worksite location as duties rotate to various sites throughout the District.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records on administrative property and transportation equipment, government vehicles, and disposal of excess property.
• Compile information for Director or Team Leader on past usage and projected needs of equipment and supplies.
• Arrange transportation for essential government staff and manage agency mail and special packages.
• Provide inventory management support for electronic systems and participate in facilities maintenance and event setup.
