Old Dominion Strategies LLC is seeking a Logistics-Fleet/Property Specialist to support FPS Region 11 fleet operations, manage asset inventories, and enable field logistics across the NCR. The role emphasizes maintaining accurate records, vehicle readiness, and equipment setup support for DHS-related operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, an associate degree in logistics or related field, and experience with FPS fleet systems, SAMS, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FPS fleet and property management systems is essential.
• Ability to maintain SAMS asset records and accurate inventory reports.
• Experience applying fleet and asset management regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel macros, pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
• U.S. citizenship and DHS suitability/background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support fleet and property management; maintain asset records and inventories.
• Review vehicle modification requests and prepare related reports.
• Assist with annual physical property inventories and asset validation.
• Handle receipt, shipping, auditing, and transfer of government equipment.
• Prepare maintenance, mileage reports, and vehicle checklists.
• Configure devices and support conference room tech; assist LAN/WMS accounts.
• Operate government vehicles only when authorized and in compliance.
