Job summary

MEPPI in Warrendale, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Export Specialist for the Critical Power Solutions Division to oversee import/export operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate domestic and international shipments in a hybrid, full-time role.

You'll classify products, prepare documentation, manage carriers, and work with customs brokers while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and cost effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of international and domestic logistics, import/export, or trade compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee import/export operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, ocean, rail, and truck.
• Prepare and review import/export documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain export control records and screening requirements.
• Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and suppliers to optimize logistics processes.
