Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. in Warrendale, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Export Specialist to oversee import/export operations for the Critical Power Solutions Division. You will ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate domestic and international shipments.

The role requires strong documentation skills, experience with HTS/Schedule B, ECCN, and working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers. Hybrid schedule and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of international and domestic logistics, transportation, import/export, or trade compliance experience.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. Customs documentation and international trade regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate import/export operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and manage carrier relationships.
• Prepare and review import/export documentation and conduct denied party screening.
• Maintain export control records and monitor regulatory changes affecting trade.
