Job summary

PERI USA is seeking an Import/Export Specialist (IES) to manage international shipping, customs, and trade compliance within PERI's supply chain. You will track inbound shipments from order to yard receipt and verify documentation for accuracy and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

Track international shipments end-to-end from order to yard receipt and manage exceptions.
Coordinate customs clearance and ensure accurate import documentation.
Serve as liaison between PERI yards, brokers, and forwarders for bookings and documentation.
Monitor inbound shipments and report on status and delays.
Ensure material availability and communicate needs to logistics teams.
Support pricing decisions by analyzing cost/price impacts (e.g., tariffs).
Operate within PSD and PERI ERP for order and shipment tracking.
