Job summary

Moore Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa is seeking an Expeditor to ensure a smooth transition of mail from the Tulsa plant into the USPS mail stream, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will manage staging, loading, BOL creation, and dispatch of outbound loads, while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to safety and work rules. This hands-on role requires strong organization and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Staging/stacking pallets to create outbound loads.
• Drive for Moore Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa when needed.
• Create BOLs following vendor instructions.
• Create outbound loads and stage for dispatch.
• Check in drivers and confirm load information/destination.
• Unload and load trucks; release drivers for dispatch.
• Report inventory on hand weekly and advise on MTE needs.
• Assist and support Weigh Verification area as needed.
• Train in Weigh Verification to understand the process.
