Job summary

Moore- Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and manage all aspects of customer service through overseeing job production and delivering multiple projects on time, on target and on budget.

You will attend daily production meetings, collaborate with internal and external customers, and back up sales with quotes and schedules as needed. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and team leadership within the POD.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Basic understanding of printing processes and USPS regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend production meetings as requested.
• Ensure production stays on timeline and within budget.
• Coordinate with customers, production, purchasing, scheduling and sales.
• Assist with quotes and production schedules as needed.
• Support CRM with cost estimates during projects.
• Oversee job production and uphold quality controls.
• Maintain professional conduct and a safe work environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
