Job summary

Moore Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead shift-based production operations, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and engage employees on the floor. This frontline leadership role requires hands-on oversight, workforce planning, and cross-functional coordination to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; some college is a plus.
• 2-5 years supervisory experience preferred in manufacturing, print, mail, fulfillment, or warehouse environments.
• Experience managing multi-shift operations is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS (UKG) and production-tracking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all employees on their shift.
• Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Review schedules and adjust staffing/workflow to meet volume demands.
• Monitor throughput, downtime, spoilage, and labor efficiency.
• Address safety policies and conduct safety observations.
• Investigate workplace incidents with HR and document findings.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in production performance review meetings with management.
• Lead daily shift huddles to communicate goals and expectations.
