Job summary

The Production Supervisor provides hands-on leadership to production employees, coordinates workflow, monitors quality and productivity, and collaborates with management to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–7 years in manufacturing, print, mail, fulfillment or warehouse production environment preferred.
• Experience managing multi-shift operations a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS (UKG) and production tracking systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Review production schedules and adjust staffing and workflow as needed.
• Monitor throughput, downtime, spoilage, rework and labor efficiency.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and escalate equipment or resource issues promptly.
• Ensure accurate job documentation and completion tracking in production systems.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety observations.
