Job summary

Moore Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa, seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations on the shift. You will supervise staff, align workflow, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery goals are met.

The role requires hands-on leadership, workforce planning, and cross-functional coordination while maintaining adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and problem‑solving on the shop floor are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, print, mail, fulfillment, or warehouse production.
• Experience managing multi-shift operations is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS (UKG) and production tracking systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all employees on their shift.
• Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Review schedules and adjust staffing/workflow to meet volume demands.
• Monitor throughput, downtime, spoilage, and labor efficiency.
• Ensure accurate job documentation and proper completion tracking in production systems.
• Lead safety observations and enforce safety policies.
• Participate in production performance reviews with management.
• Conduct daily shift huddles to communicate goals and updates.
