Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or business coursework or administrative support training preferred.
• Experience with CargoWise is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit import documentation to CBP.
• Ensure compliance with federal import regulations and customs requirements.
• Review shipment documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and government agencies regarding import shipments.
• Track and manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for customs clearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication regarding shipment status.
