You will collaborate with a team, perform data entry in MS Excel and MS Outlook, ensure shipment accuracy, and communicate with customers and colleagues. This full-time role includes benefits and growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Receive work assignments from the supervisor daily
• Update systems with freight, order processing, and shipments
• Process orders received from customers daily
• Check shipments for accuracy and report results
• Manage daily orders and delegate work to warehouse temporary staff
• Coordinate with coworkers and temporary staff for customer accounts and operations
• Report orders shipped to customers daily
• Communicate with teams and customers
• Ensure daily housekeeping duties are completed
