Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training with 1 year of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting solutions and process improvement functions in support of business objectives
• Develop and deploy automation solutions to drive efficiency and operational improvements within supported business unit
• Apply knowledge of organization to make improvements to existing processes or solutions
• Increase awareness and knowledge of quantitative methods, computer programming, optimization, and/or solution design to support data analysis
• Solve problems related to process improvement by analyzing internal and external data, including, but not limited to operations, pricing, financial, and customer information
• Analyze a variety of data and processes to reduce cost and increase business productivity
• Communicate with business partners to understand problems and present solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement solutions
