The position requires a strong foundation in industrial engineering, data visualization, and analytics, with collaboration across engineering and logistics teams to drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field with 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering OR Master's with 3 years experience and demonstrated experience in data visualization, statistics, OR/RS, SQL

Responsibilities

• Utilize specialized knowledge to serve as SME for the organization
• Interpret business issues and requirements to provide optimal solutions
• Solve complex problems using quantitative methods
• Lead and/or support interdisciplinary projects to achieve business goals
• Present complex technical information and sell engineering solutions to customers and leadership
• Build relationships with customers to influence decisions
• Train, mentor, coach, and onboard junior team members
• Lead cross-functional collaborations to implement solutions
