You will apply quantitative methods and engineering analysis to improve processes and coordinate with internal and external customers to understand project parameters. This role emphasizes data analysis, programming, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field with 4 years of experience in IE or related area.
• Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL.
• Preferred: transportation, supply chain, logistics engineering experience; proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of organization to improve existing processes or solutions.
• Increase awareness of quantitative methods, programming, optimization, and solution design to support data analysis.
• Identify and solve problems related to process improvement by analyzing data or process mapping.
