Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or Statistics, or foreign equivalent.
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL

Responsibilities

• Utilize specialized knowledge to serve as subject matter expert for the organization.
• Interpret business issues and requirements to provide optimal solutions.
• Evaluate and solve complex and ambiguous problems using quantitative methods.
• Lead and/or support interdisciplinary projects and present complex technical information to stakeholders.
• Build professional relationships with internal/external customers to influence decisions.
• Train, mentor, coach, and onboard junior team members.
• Lead collaborations with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
