Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years warehouse invoicing experience required along with RF scanner skills.
• The ability to understand basic English.
• Lift up to 70 pounds and stand/walk/bend as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with LTL team, carriers, dispatchers, sales to schedule pickups and resolve issues.
• Coordinate end-of-shift close-out of shipped loads in WMS.
• File and email/scan records to the necessary parties.
• Report issues to leadership and management.
• Track counts and address any discrepancies from scanner paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and ensure timely order status.
• Attend and coordinate with Supervisor for desk coverage during absences.
