Job summary

ScanSource in Mississippi is seeking a Document Clerk to support the warehouse invoicing process and shipping operations. The role requires RF scanner proficiency, basic English, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

You will coordinate with LTL/FTL teams, carriers, and internal staff to ensure accurate records and timely shipments. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of warehouse invoicing experience and a track record of maintaining orderly documentation, accurate scanning, and compliant

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years warehouse invoicing experience required.
RF scanner skills
Ability to understand basic English.
Flexibility to lift up to 70 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

Communicate with LTL team, manifest, maintenance, IT and management to ensure effective processes at all times.
Communicate via email with carriers, dispatchers, sales team to schedule FTL/LTL pickups and resolve shipping issues.
Ensure all shipped loads are closed out in the WMS at end of shift.
File records, pull files as requested and email/scan them to necessary parties.
Report issues to leadership and upper management.
Report count discrepancies from the scanner's paperwork.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude.
Monitor order status to ensure on-time shipping.
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Regular attendance is essential; coordinate absences with Supervisor for desk coverage.
