Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Update the system with notes from communications and changes.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from agencies and team leads.
• Prepare and process all shipment documentation.
• Obtain price quotes for shipment movements.
• Maintain accurate records and audit documents.
• Oversee and resolve customer or carrier complaints.
• Complete prompts in GMMS and perform other duties.
