The Suddath Companies is seeking a Move Coordinator for International shipments in Jacksonville, FL. You will monitor shipments and update systems to ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with agencies and team leads.

This role requires excellent customer service and strong communication, with the ability to handle documentation, quotes, and audits. Overtime during peak season may be required, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Overtime required in peak season.
• Preferred experience in logistics/moving industry.

Responsibilities

• Update computer system with notes regarding all communication and changes.
• Communicate and respond promptly to agencies and team leads inquiries via phone or email.
• Complete and process all documentation related to shipments.
• Obtain price quotes for shipment movements.
• Maintain accurate records and audit documents for accuracy.
• Oversee and resolve any complaints.
• Complete prompts in GMMS; perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Overtime required in peak season Preferred Education and Experience Prior experience in logistics/moving industry preferred
