Double E Group, a global manufacturer of web handling and converting solutions, seeks a warehouse/shipments specialist. You will handle shipments, receipts, and inventory in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will operate a forklift and crane, maintain ERP data accuracy, and support other departments as needed while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Forklift certification will be provided.
• Operate an overhead crane safely with proper load management.
• Use basic packaging tools (tape measure, staple gun, wrenches, bander).
• Basic woodworking to build skids, boxes, crates.
• Basic packaging skills and ability to read instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP/shipping software.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for entire shift.
• Willing to work overtime at month‑ends or inventories.
• Highly organized and dependable.

Aufgaben

• Process shipments with multiple carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, LTL).
• Update information in the ERP system.
• Receive shipments and post into ERP.
• Label incoming parts and organize inventory locations.
• Package shipments and build crates for dispatch.
• Load/unload materials using forklift or pallet jack.
• Use hand tools and assist in other departments as needed.
• Perform inventory and cycle counts as required.
• Respond to customer service inquiries for tracking information.
• Maintain safety and quality compliance.
