Job summary

MKS Inc. is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to partner with internal and external customers and provide world-class distribution center support. You will report to the Materials Supervisor and handle shipping, receiving, stocking and distribution tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of related experience, strong arithmetic skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel may reach up to 10% as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving and stores; basic arithmetic skills.
• Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience; ability to do shift work when directed.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical or administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing and distributing materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
• Unpack and check goods against POs or invoices; maintain records; reject unsatisfactory items.
• Lift heavy items; may operate a forklift.
• Prepare and maintain records of goods shipped; post weights and shipping charges; prepare goods for final shipment.
• Examine, stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
• May prepare kitting packages for assembly production and customers.
