• Monitor workboards to ensure internal KPI’s are met (e.g., timely data entry).
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and accounts.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Audit new accounts and supervise CSR responsibilities.
• Lead development plans and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Promote productivity tools and system improvements within the department.
• Coordinate with credit/collections on payment issues.
• Assist management with budgeting and cross-functional projects.
