Key duties include coordinating driver schedules, handling documentation, and maintaining accurate transportation records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent computer skills and communication abilities.
• Experience with AS400, WMS and SAP preferred.
• Customer service experience and professional phone presence.
• Ability to work in a warehouse/office environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers via phone, email, and in person, aligning with operations.
• Verify drivers’ next-day duties considering work performed and regulations.
• Audit and update TMS times and carrier tenders before 5 PM daily.
• Resolve ELD issues and support HOS compliance.
• Plan work assignments and equipment utilization.
• Track and locate equipment and schedule repairs.
• Support daily route planning and respond to emergencies.
