• Proficient in Microsoft Office and TMS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily and next-day routes to optimize delivery efficiency and meet customer commitments.
• Track and trace trips throughout the day, ensuring on-time performance and addressing delays.
• Coordinate with 3rd-party carriers and internal teams to align pickup and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with schedulers to align route plans with capacity availability.
• Monitor driver progress and provide real-time updates to operations and customer service teams.
• Identify and resolve potential route conflicts, service issues, or delays proactively.
• Maintain dispatch records and route data for reporting and analysis.
• Apply critical thinking to adjust plans as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
