Topaz HR is seeking a dependable Dispatcher to support evening transportation operations in New York. You will coordinate drivers, monitor routes, handle disruptions, and maintain accurate logs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and can juggle multiple priorities. Compensation is $30-$32 per hour with Sunday-Thursday shifts (and seasonal Saturday variants), with opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and dispatching systems.
• CDL license is a plus, but not required.
