Qualifications

• Minimum one year of transportation or logistics experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Problem solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver activities and shuttle assignments to resolve service issues and minimize overtime, downtime, and hours of service violations.
• Escalate late dispatch, breakdowns, or other service failures to managers and sales force; reassign routes as needed.
• Coordinate trailer, tractor, and backhaul assignments to support efficient logistics operations.
• Visually inspect drivers' appearance for proper uniform and PPE.
• Notify supervisor and safety specialist in event of vehicle accidents or injuries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
