Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver activities and shuttle assignments to resolve service issues.
• Elevate late dispatch and other service failures to managers.
• Reassign routes to solve service issues and ensure drivers log in and use PPE/Delivery tools.
• Visually verify drivers are in proper uniform and PPE.
• Notify supervisor and safety when accidents occur or injuries occur.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
